If you have come by Hermes store in New York City located at 691 Madison Avenue lately, you are most likely to have noticed some changes. First, they have moved their jewelries closer to their multi-level boutique’s entrance. And just this week, they celebrated the opening of their expanded their floor area which is dedicated entirely for emblematic silk Carre and accessory products.
This 2,100 square foot floor area features a very broad assortment of Hermes accessories, ranging from the latest silk scarf designs and limited edition products to classic Herms belts, enamel bracelets, gloves and fragrances. And if the most recent news about Hermes’ battle with LVMH has shown us anything, it is that Hermes loves keeping their things within the family so it suits that the new space was designed by RDAI, a Parisian architectural agency founded by Ruena Dumas, a family member of Hermes.
The most fun part of this newly revamped space, however, is that it has a customization and personalization service called Custom Silk Corner, which costs $15 per letter.
